Saraswathy Vidyanikethan Chengamanad is committed to helping its staff to grow professionally. Every week, one hour is set aside for the professional developmentof staff, during which they have the opportunity to learn from subject experts and to share their knowledge with each other. SVN staff regularly participates in training sessions conducted by C oE (CBSE), SAHODAYA and BVN. All faculties are professionally trained and are capable of handling classes with gadgets.
